       Second, it is the record of the second type of goods before shipment, the record of the receiver and shipper, and the record of the Chinese label。

 

       Third, pre-examination, send the sample to the inspection and quarantine institution at the receiving place。

 

       Before the goods arrive at the port, the original of the following documents should be provided: commercial documents, packing list, import contract, certificate of origin, import goods label record form/original label sample and translation/Chinese label sample/copy of the dealer's business license, health certificate, customs declaration power of attorney。Certificate of goods, presentation of oral inspection certificate, sales certificate。

 

       5. Apply for customs declaration and inspection, the goods pass the inspection, and the customs releases them。

 

       The consignee takes delivery of the goods。

       1. Toothpaste is a kind of cosmetics, and the customs clearance process of toothpaste is the same as that of cosmetics, but it does not require the Beijing Food Bureau to issue a cosmetic license。

 

       2, toothpaste import need to obtain foreign authorization, domestic notarization of this authorization, our company has a template。

 

       3, toothpaste imports must do the port enterprise data record, this record and the Food and Drug Administration record is different, please do not confuse。

 

       4, imported toothpaste must provide certificate of origin, certificate of approval, production date certificate, raw material formula table and other information。

 

       5.Imported toothpaste must be affixed with Chinese labels that meet Chinese standards, and the labels must not contain special effects such as whitening and acne treatment. Products with these effects must obtain a cosmetic import license before they can be imported。

 

       6.Imported toothpaste must be put on the record of product label after import, and affixed at the import port in accordance with China's standard Chinese label, no product label number shall be sold。

 

Import toothpaste customs precautions

 

       First, imported toothpaste does not necessarily need to be approved, according to the different label content design, determine whether to approve。Before input, you can provide labels, try to use hand sanitizer, and try not to apply for approval when declaring。

 

       Second, the enterprise port information record: the goods must be recorded before the port information, otherwise it will seriously affect the customs clearance time。It takes about 7 working days for port information to be filed。

 

       Third, Chinese label: If the Chinese label of imported toothpaste reflects special effects, such as whitening, acne, etc., it needs to be allowed after the import license。
